By accessing or using Runebook (available at runebook.study), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Runebook.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Runebook. By using this service, you represent that you are 13 or older. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.

The free plan includes access to 1 hero class, up to 3 dungeons per hero, all difficulty modes, daily quests, and achievements at no cost.
The Pro plan is available for $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Pro includes all 8 hero classes, unlimited dungeon generation, 10 AI generations per month, spells, Generation Focus modes, and priority support.
Credit packs are one-time purchases that add generation credits to your account. Credits never expire and are non-refundable. Available for $1.99 (5 credits), $4.99 (15 credits), and $9.99 (40 credits).
When you upload notes, photos, or documents to Runebook, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your study dungeon.
We do not store your uploaded files. Uploaded files are processed in real time and immediately discarded after your dungeon is generated. We never retain, sell, share, or use your uploaded notes or photos for any other purpose. Your uploaded content is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
Runebook uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards, quiz questions, and dungeon content from your notes. You acknowledge that:

Your privacy is important to us. We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Our full Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Runebook never sees or stores your payment card information. All prices are in US dollars.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Runebook at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runebook and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
